President's Message:
Welcome to the Long Island Section's website.
The new Long Island Section was chartered on Friday evening, October 3, 2008. In attendance were the entire National Board that consisted of six (6) Past Presidents; Sandy Ivory, Rodney Pello, Richard Prentice, Charlie Flowe, Perry Schweiss and David Jones.
After one year, we have a total of 66 members and are planning a very exciting presentation program for the upcoming year. From this website you can view our upcoming events, become a member, and get more information about the ASHE organization. We will be continuously updating our website with photos and recaps of past events. Aside from our regular meeting, which we will most likely schedule the first Thursday of every month, we will come up with new and exciting programs for our Holiday Party, Golf Outing, and more.
